After over two years of experimenting and trying to find a good recipe, I am pleased to present one of the very few “free*” cracker recipes that actually works!!
*Free: gluten free, soy free, dairy free, vegan, corn free, sugar free

1 cup chickpea flour
1 cup arrowroot powder
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 cup almond meal or flax meal
1-2 Tbsp. oil (hemp or coconut works very well!)
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. stevia powder
Dash of salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. tamari or coconut aminos
1/4 to 1/2 cup water

Mix all ingredients together and knead to form a stiff dough. Shape into small balls and flatten. Bake at 450* till golden (about 15 minutes).
